ECM71 series fan motor is for direct replacement of YZF shaped-pole motor due to energy-saving request 。Nowadays。saving

energy is more important than ever。In refrigerated cases, bottle coolers and floor convectors are often operated almost

constantly, fans with more effective fan motors are demanded. ECM motor has high efficiency of up to 65% than shaped-pole

motor , while 70% energy savings. This can save quite a lot of money from end-user' s pocket , less waste heat is given off into the

surroundings, resulting in further energy savings. Excellent acoustics due to low-vibration ECM motor can reduce environmental

impact . ECM motor is compatible with existing shaded-pole motors and requires the same space for installation, allowing simple

and direct mechanical replacement. Axial impellers with diameters from 170 to 300 mm can be fitted to ECM motor the same way

for insallaion . All accessories such as grid , fan blades, flange and bracket can be installed the same way due to the same size as

shaped-pole motor . Electronic control unit supplies smart electronics regulate voltage fuctuations and makes the speed remains

constant. We offer speed of 900r/min , 1300r/min and 1800/min as regular items and can customize speed as well . Many well-

4. CONSTANT SPEED CONTROL

Constant speed control means the motor maintains a constant speed across a wide

range of voltages and fan blades, it will help the cooling system work properly and avoid the

noise generated by the fluctuation of motor speed

5. REVERSE ON START

ECM motors can run backwards automatically when start-up through pre-set of the

program This important function can help to blow away dust from the heat exchanger of

the condenser in order to make the refrigeration system more efficient. Further more, there

is no extra signal control needed to achieve this function.
